West Kilbride volunteers needed to take the plunge for Hospice
1 FebruaryThe Ayrshire Hospice is looking for brave volunteers from West Kilbride to take the plunge when the charity holds the first-ever Dash ‘n’ Splash at Seamill.
The event is being held on Sunday 26th February when fundraisers will be dashing into the Firth of Clyde for a brief and invigorating dip… and splashing away the cobwebs in a great cause!
The dash will take place at 12 noon just in front of Seamill Hydro and you will be able to change in the hotel afterwards and enjoy a warming cup of tea or coffee and some hearty soup kindly provided by the hotel.
Registration is £10 and all our dashers will be sponsored. This is a joint event between the Ayrshire Hospice and The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice with dashers raising money for their local hospice. There is no minimum sponsorship amount but it would be great if you could aim for £50 (or more!!)
If you don’t want to take the plunge why not come along and cheer on our brave dashers. Dip into your pockets and splash your cash to support them and the Hospice!
You can find out more here on the Ayrshire Hospice website.
