West Kilbride Camera Club meets every Thursday at 7:30 p.m. in West Kilbride Community Centre between September and April of the following year. New members are welcome.
Please take the time to view our exhibition at Largs Library over the Christmas period, the opening times are as follows; Thu 9-10a.m., 12-1:45p.m., 4:15-7:20p.m., Friday 9-10a.m., 11:30-2p.m., 4-7:20p.m., Saturday all day, Sunday closed, Monday 9-10a.m., 12-2p.m., 3-7:20p.m., Wednesday closed all day. Please feel free to check with the library if you are making a special visit.
The club has a studio and digital imaging suite available to members. Classes on how to learn basic camera and computer skills are run at the community centre regularly as well as at colleges of further education. If you do come along to the Classes or the Club with your camera don`t forget your camera manual.

Tuition is available to members from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. every Thursday.
The Annual Prize Giving and Dinner was held at the Rowan Tree, many thanks to the staff for excellent service. Prizes were presented by long-standing member Betty McDougall. Congratulations to; Gill Smart, Liz Leyden, Molly Blyth, George Donohoe and Hugh Hume who picked up three prizes on the night. (See photos opposite).
Next years Fixed Subject Competition has the following subjects; Prints: "Food", Projected Image: "All creatures great and small".
The summer outing to Mount Stuart on the Isle of Bute on Thursday 6th of June 2013 was a success and enjoyed by members.
The Owl Sanctuary visit opposite Dalry railway station is on Monday 9th December 2013.
Committee members are reminded that a provisional meeting on Monday 6th January 2013 at George Donohoes for 7.00p.m. is to be attended.
Members have been asked by the Yuletide Committee to take pictures of the event on Friday December 6th, meeting 6:00p.m. at the Station yard.
