Scarecrow Group

To all Scarecrow Festival Enthusiasts:

At a recent public meeting to discuss the future of the Scarecrow Festival Group, a decision has been taken to disband due to lack of members willing to form a working group, albeit, there is plenty of interest in the event itself, unfortunately, few have the time required to form a working committee.
